Goehring & Morgan Becomes Featured Builder in Golden Oak’s Newest Neighborhood

Goehring & Morgan will be a featured builder in Golden Oak at Walt Disney World’s newest neighborhood, Kingswell.

Nine lots in the new neighborhood have been assigned to Goehring & Morgan. Eleven lots are open to other clients to choose their builders.

Golden Oak, a luxury resort community with single-family custom homes priced at $2 million and above, broke ground in 2010. Kingswell, Golden Oak’s sixth neighborhood, will house 53 custom homes. Prices start at $3 million for 5,000 to 7,000-square foot homes, which will feature European and Caribbean-inspired architecture. The homes sit on approximately half-acre lots and some of the properties have scenic water views. Named after the street where Walt and Roy Disney set up their first Hollywood studio, Kingswell also will include a community park with a bronze sculpture of Pinocchio.

Kingwell residents will become members of the Golden Oak Club, which includes amenities such as a private clubhouse, a full-service Markham’s dining room, lounge and a state-of-the-art fitness facility and pool. The community also features a resident services team that offers concierge-style services to assist with residents’ personal requests, including spa and golf reservations, park transportation or special event tickets.

Goehring & Morgan will begin work on a spec home at Kingswell in early fall, with the same focus on quality and superior craftsmanship that have become a trademark of our luxury custom homes.
