Welcome to Kingswell

Kingswell is the sixth and newest neighborhood to become a part of Disney’s Golden
Oak, with fifty-three total homesites available. Set on approximately half-acre lots, thecustom homes will range from 5,000 to 7,000-square feet and will feature European andCaribbean-inspired architecture. The homes sit on approximately half-acre lots and some of the properties have scenic water views.

In Winter 2017, Goehring & Morgan broke ground on a new model home in Kingswell.
